1978 PGA GOLF JACKSONVILLE FL. TOURNAMENT PLAYERS CHAMPIONSHIP 14" WOOD PLAQUE

Please see the listing photos for condition and markings.  This wood plaque is previously owned and shows some minor wear.  There are some small, light scratches and spots. There are a few wear marks on some of the thin, wood grain lines.   It measures 13 7/8" x 11 1/4" x 1 1/2" and weighs two pounds, fifteen ounces.   This plaque had a name plate on the bottom front but it has been removed.  I do not know the type of wood.  It has a wire for hanging.  This belonged to a PGA official who helped manage the event.   The tournament was won by John Mahaffey in 1978.
I could not find another one like it for sale so it could be rare.  Any information about this plaque would be appreciated.
